Supporting You

“Working with Families and other agencies”

Our aim is to ensure the people close to you are involved and supported throughout your journey into supported living. We want to make sure the people who matter to you most have every opportunity to provide their input into the care and support you may require. At Safe Sanctuary Living, we feel it is imperative to gather these views to ensure exceptional care is delivered and we want to reassure families their loved ones are in safe hands.

We adopt an open-door policy, which means, your family or loved ones can give their feedback as and when they need to. This feedback is welcomed, and we aim to action any improvements that may be suggested if these will benefit the individual in a positive way.

Safe Sanctuary Living also has experience in working with other agencies such as social workers, healthcare professionals as well as many other groups. This means we can provide exceptional care to people in their own homes and aim to keep them there for as long as possible. We understand that the people we support may, at times, experiences a number of difficulties which, in the past, may have led to placement breakdown. However, we aim to work in partnership with these agencies to implement a robust package of care, that meets the specific needs of that individual at that time. We also ensure these measures are time specific and aim to reduce the amount of support or measures, if it is safe to do so, to ensure the least restrictive care is available to that individual.
