Here at Safe Sanctuary living we recognise the last year has been pretty difficult for all of us – but especially for those of us who need a bit of extra support in their homes to manage in our own homes. Our outreach support service is designed to make day to day life a little easier to cope with. Due to the increased risk of potential isolation faced by individuals with disabilities and mental health issues we are more interested in addressing need that sticking to diagnostic labels. Our individually agreed outreach packages can vary according to the needs of each person. Safe Sanctuary Living Ltd can provide the following:

• Visiting individuals in their own homes to reduce isolation and loneliness
• Support with tenancy issues
• Supporting with attending appointments, budgeting, accessing community services and household tasks.
• Signposting to specialist advice services relating to debt management, relationships counselling, employability, benefits and envisage offering further support to an individual whilst they are in the process of engaging with the service they have been referred on to (if necessary) and can do follow up to ensure that this referral has been successful.
• Liaising with social workers, CPNs and consultants
