Careers

We believe that a person with the right attitude, values and beliefs will make an excellent support worker and we aim to give every opportunity to those who are looking at a career change and moving into the care sector a chance. Although we do look for experience within the care sector, we also provide support, training and guidance to those who are just embarking on their exciting journey into the health and social care sector. This also means we embed essential practices of equal opportunities into our organisation to enable people take the next steps into a new career.

We provide up-to-date and regular training for all our support staff, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively support each individual to fulfil their potential.

As well as this, after a successful probation period, where appropriate, each member of staff is enrolled onto RQF level 2, level 3 or level 5 in Health and Social Care, depending on the person’s role within the organisation. This provides the employee with the relevant skills and knowledge to take with them throughout their career.

The role of a support worker is vitally important to your local community, so we feel this needs to be reflected within the rate of pay. Safe Sanctuary Living Ltd is one of the highest paying care providers in the UK, where you can expect to be paid up to £11 p/h for a more senior role. As you embark on your journey as a support worker you will quickly learn we are passionate about building our team from its grass roots and where possible, look to ‘grow our own’ and promote career progression within the organisation.
